Welcome to Tarophysics™. By accessing our website or purchasing any services or products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services (Tarot Readings)
All services provided by Tarophysics™ are pre-recorded audio or video readings.
No refunds are offered for services. All sales of readings are final.
If you feel your reading requires additional clarification, you may request a case-by-case review. At the sole discretion of Tarophysics™, a supplementary recording or explanation may be provided. This does not constitute a refund.
In times of high demand, delivery may extend to 24-72 hours to ensure each reading is given the proper care and attention.
A Rush Order option is available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited delivery within 30-45 minutes after client’s reading has been recorded (during business hours 10AM-8PM EST Mon-Fri).
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any tarot or spiritual reading service from Tarophysics™.
Readings for individuals under the age of 18 may only be purchased by a parent or legal guardian on the child’s behalf. By placing an order for a Family or Children’s Reading, the purchaser confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or that they have obtained full permission from the parent or legal guardian to request the reading.
Tarophysics™ does not accept responsibility for unauthorized purchases made on behalf of minors without appropriate consent.
Services are intended for spiritual and metaphysical guidance only. They do not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Products (Magical Candles and Ritual Tools)
Tarophysics™ products are handcrafted ritual tools designed for spiritual use.
Exchanges only, no refunds. Products may be exchanged only in cases of damage or defect.
Proof of damage is required. Customers must email clear photos of the product and packaging to contact@tarophysics.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Exchanges will not be issued without photo proof.
3. Subscriptions
Tarophysics™ offers digital subscription content (collective readings, teachings, and related materials).
Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account.
Cancellations prevent future charges but do not refund past payments.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 12–24 hours of purchase.
Packages are shipped every Monday and Thursday of each week.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
5. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Tarophysics™, you acknowledge that results of spiritual products and services vary by individual.
Tarophysics™ makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.
Customers agree that Tarophysics™ is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims related to the use or misuse of its services or products.
